They Complete an Health Questionnaire
Once we have had an initial chat, We set a date for Their Initial Assessment. At this Assessment, we will ask you to complete a Health Questionnaire.
We Discuss Their Health Questionnaire With Them
We will cover subjects such as Their Goals, Current & Previous Exercise Habits, Their Current & Past Health Considerations, Nutritional Habits, Existing Bad Habits, Existing Pain / Injuries, Lifestyle and Availability. We will seek the advice of a Health Professional should it be necessary.
We will then do all of the necessary health assessments such as Body Fat Percentage, Visceral Body Fat Value, Weight, Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate and Body Measurements. We will discuss the results with Them, explain how They work and what the results mean to Them.
First Workout / Programme Design
We understand that Personal Training Clients are usually Pretty Busy People. We pride ourselves on being As Accommodating as Possible with regards to our clients other commitments and when they are able to train.
We then agree on Their First Workout Appointment. Between the time that we finish Their Assessment and Their First Workout, we Design Their Programme based on the results of Their Initial Assessment.
Re-Assessment / New Goals
As They progress, we Re-evaluate Their Goals on a regular basis. We discuss Sticking Points and Strategies for overcoming those sticking points. We Re-Assess Them on a regular basis as a means of Measuring Their Progress.
