BuddyFIT is Semi Private Training Session with a Small Group of 8-10 Clients.

Some of our classes are structured to music, routines such as Cardio Combat, Body Conditioning, Hour of Power and HIIT which are extremely effective, challenging and great fun.  Others are designed in a simple mixed cardiovascular and resistance circuit style format and are designed to create both a cardiovascular and strength balance. These classes deliver great results, with the benefits of strengthening weak areas such as the core and lower back.
