Make An Appointment to Discuss YOUR Requirements
We are busy and we pride ourselves on being the Best Personal Trainers in Sitges. We also want to be able to give YOU Our 100% Attention as YOUR requirements are different from the next person's requirements.
YOU Complete a Health Questionnaire
Once we have had an initial chat and We Agree to Work Together, We set an date for YOUR Initial Assessment. At this Assessment, we will ask YOU to complete a Health Questionnaire.
We Discuss Your Health Questionnaire
We will cover subjects such as YOUR Goals, Current & Previous Exercise Habits, Your Current & Past Health Considerations, Nutritional Habits, Existing Bad Habits, Existing Pain / Injuries, Lifestyle and Availability. We will seek the advice of a Health Professional should it be necessary.
We will then do all of the necessary health assessments such as Body Fat Percentage, Visceral Body Fat Value, Weight, Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate and Body Measurements. We will discuss the results with YOU, explain how they work and what the results mean to YOU
First Workout / Programme Design
We understand that Personal Training Clients are usually Pretty Busy People. We pride Ourselves on being As Accommodating as Possible with regards to YOUR other Commitments and when YOU are Able to Train.
We then agree on YOUR First Workout Appointment. Between the time that we finish YOUR Assessment and YOUR First Workout, we Design YOUR Programme based on the results of YOUR Initial Assessment.
Re-Assessment / New Goals
As YOU progress, we Re-evaluate YOUR Goals on a regular basis. We discuss Sticking Points and Strategies for overcoming those sticking points. We Re-Assess YOU on a regular basis as a means of Measuring YOUR Progress.
